Chop 'N Prep Tuna Salad

When you read the article below you will agree that Chris is right, January is a time for rethinking how we eat and cut out some of those fantastic holiday recipes that are jam packed with calories! Take it away Chris!

Tupperware’s very tasty (Mayo-Free) Italian Tuna Salad is just the right thing for healthier eating in January! After all the delicious indulgences of the holidays, most of us resolve to eat a more healthy diet in January, even if we don’t have to drop a pound or two.

This tuna salad recipe is featured in the recipe insert that accompanies my favorite new kitchen tool, the Tupperware Chop ‘N Prep™ Chef.  It is delicious and uses no mayonnaise!  I promise you won’t even miss it.

Matt and I would like to thank you Chris for adding such good information to our site.  My kids are crazy about tuna and I just might try this recipe and substitute tofu or tuno for the tuna!  I’ll let you know how it goes!
