It took me a while to watch this video. I saw the title and that it was a bit over 15 minutes in length. All I could think of was the tablecloth and napkin set that we had to make way back in elementary/grammar school. We had to take some homespun and fray all the edges, pulling out the threads one-at-a-time. I didn't want to spend 15 minutes watching someone do that. I should have known better --- you guys wouldn't do that to us ! This video was great. There was so much more in it than making the tablecloth(s) and napkins. (And there was no thread-pulling either.) Besides the project, we saw decorating and color tips, accessories, and covering chair cushions. Nice job !
This also helped me in another way. My dining room table is a non-standard size, and I have always found it hard getting something to fit it well. Now, what I think I will do is to buy 2 storebought tablecloths, one oval, one rectangular. I can cut the oval down the center and attach if to each side of the rectangular one --- at just the right size.
Thanks!
